Project Staff

Emma Pratt is a lecturer at the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University and the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Russian Area Studies from Wellesley College, and studied abroad at the London School of Economics (Government) and Russian State University for the Humanities (Russian as a Foreign Language). She has also completed a Master’s degree in Slavic and East European Studies from the Ohio State University, where she won Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowships for Russian and Georgian. Her research interests include legal reform and development of the rule of law in Georgia and other post-Communist countries.
