Joseph Larsen is a Tbilisi-based analyst working on democratization and security in the Black Sea region. His work has appeared in Newsweek, Eurasianet, New Eastern Europe, The Diplomat, Open Democracy, and Emerging Europe. He is a lecturer in the School of Governance at Caucasus University in Tbilisi.
