The reintroduction of the Russian-style foreign agent bill is a clear effort to strangle Georgia&#8217;s civil society and foment permanent autocracy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Democratic Security Institute joins our colleagues throughout Georgian civil society and the international community in condemning this abomination of a bill.
