Played a key role in a number of\ninitiatives such as introduction of community policing concept in\nSouth Sudan and Ukraine, weapons marking and Child DDR for the\nGovernment of South Sudan, WEE in rural Georgia, police reform in\nUkraine. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Worked closely\nwith the MoIA and National Police of Ukraine, providing training,\ndeveloping key documents including communications strategy, strategic\nframework, community policing workplans, research papers, etc. Stood\nat the forefront of creation of Ukrainian Association of Women in Law\nEnforcement, promoting 1325 agenda, overall gender mainstreaming\nwithin the MoIA system and combating GBV in Ukraine. Honourable\nmember of the UAWLE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the Director of Programs at Georgia-based NGO \u201cGeneration i\u201d leads efforts to combat disinformation, fake news, and propaganda during COVID-19 pandemic.
